Keep in mind that communications to us will not be treated as privileged unless we already represent you.
While we would like to communicate with and possibly represent you, we do not and cannot represent you until we have a completed conflict of interest check. Therefore, you should not send us any sensitive information about your case or matter until you receive a written statement confirming that we represent you and outlining the terms of the representation, including the fee arrangement.
Therefore, keep your inquiry short and succinct, and give us a brief summary of the type of matter you need help with and the opposing parties (if any) you are dealing with so we can make sure that there's no conflict of interest with that party.
